Create a world-class, innovation-driven leadership program for enabling executive female leaders to apply design thinking to create new
digital solutions.
Solution
We designed and delivered a series of immersive learning events hosted on our digital experience platform, SmartLab.
These events were designed to promote capability building, mindset shifts, and engagement among the leadership team by leveraging the power of peer-to-peer collaboration. Throughout the event series, the leadership team were able to use pre-configured workflows to learn and practice innovation techniques. Learning was supported and reinforced by a curated resource library, giving participants instant access to the material they needed when they needed it.
The result was a leadership program that was subsequently praised for helping to build an innovation-focused leadership team and culture.
