The Digital Awareness Hub connected over 16,000 associates through a global community of shared knowledge, connecting participants with communities of practices, toolkits, and experts. The hub's gamified engine kept participants engaged with leadership boards and points awarded for participation, helping to create a sense of competition and motivation among participants.
