Solution

To achieve this, we created a Digital Awareness Hub powered by our digital experience platform, SmartLab.

The Digital Awareness Hub connected over 16,000 associates through a global community of shared knowledge, connecting participants with communities of practices, toolkits, and experts. The hub's gamified engine kept participants engaged with leadership boards and points awarded for participation, helping to create a sense of competition and motivation among participants.

Overall, the Digital Awareness Hub was a key part of promoting a culture of curiosity and learning within the organization, and was highlighted as such in the CEO’s market statement. By providing a central hub for sharing knowledge and connecting participants with the resources and support they needed to learn and grow, we were able to help the organization achieve its goals and drive real results.
