Global Finance Transformation Program

Challenge

Create an impactful and motivational leadership experience to engage and align the global leadership team of a major professional services organization around their future vision and strategy.

Solution

We designed an event for 180 leaders, created a global engagement campaign for 3,000
employees, and used SmartLab to deliver a series of SnapShot events and capability
building programs.

The event for 180 leaders was designed to bring key stakeholders together to co-create
the finance function of the future, and develop a roadmap for implementing the necessary
changes. In this event, we sequenced a workflow on SmartLab for taking participants
through a facilitated strategic decision-making process.

Once the leaders finalized the roadmap, we created a global engagement campaign to
align the wider organization in the new vision for the Finance function. To do this we
hosted a series of SnapShots on SmartLab that combined learning modules and multimedia to motivate employees to embrace the new vision for the finance function of the future and play their part in its success.

Overall, our approach to defining and implementing the strategic transformation program
was a resounding success, helping to create the finance function of the future and drive real results for the organization.
